New Sports Hall – St Helen and Katharine School

This project consisted of a complete mechanical services installation,
comprising of alterations and extension of the incoming gas supply, LTHW radient space
heating installation, mechanical supply and extract ventilation, air
conditioning, above ground drainage installation and new stand-alone controls.

Cotwolds Country House

This project consisted of installation of new mechanical services, comprising of a new incoming water
supply, gas fired boiler installation, LTHW heating installation, mechanical
extract ventilation, comfort cooling, hot & cold water services (via a booster
set), above ground drainage installation and new automatic controls

Northamptonshire Manor House

This project consisted of a complete refurbishment of a 17th century manor house in Northamptonshire. Domestic water, ventilation services and a 75 cast iron radiator heating system were installed across the 14 bedroom Georgian house, Sanitaryware was installed across 12 distinctive bathrooms.

Magdalen College – Smoking Rooms

The project consisted of refurbishment of heating system and installation of new sanitaryware. New heating plant was installed and distribution pipework was run within the historic listed buildings, Extreme care was taken due to timber frames and floors dating back to the 14th century.
