Large Country Houses

This project consisted of installation of new mechanical services, comprising of a new incoming water
supply, gas fired boiler installation, LTHW heating installation, mechanical
extract ventilation, comfort cooling, hot & cold water services (via a booster
set), above ground drainage installation and new automatic controls

This project consisted of a complete refurbishment of a 17th century manor house in Northamptonshire. Domestic water, ventilation services and a 75 cast iron radiator heating system were installed across the 14 bedroom Georgian house, Sanitaryware was installed across 12 distinctive bathrooms.
